Third Sector

The Third Sector is the backbone of responsive and values driven services across the UK. H2t was ‘born’ out of a similar desire to make a real and tangible difference to the lives of people and to help them to develop and grow.

Through our services we help organisations to put their values into action. Organisations within the this sector can often benefit in two distinct ways by engaging with us:

1) Improving the learning and development processes for their staff

2) Providing a progression programme to recognise the achievements of volunteers or people the organisation supports

The impact of this means improved performance, better engagement and higher levels of motivation and retention of people.

We are also highly aware of the demands on third sector organisations to evidence the impact of their interventions and value for money. This can be for the citizens they support, commissioners, regulators or funding bodies. H2t enables you to evidence this impact by focusing on outcomes - the ‘so what’ question. We do this in a way that recognises both ‘bottom up’ outcomes, in the individual’s own words, whilst still being able to report on standardised outcome frameworks or other KPIs.

Again, our ForMi App can be part of the solution, enabling the individual and their Circle of Support to record their story of achievement and progression.
